How to Apply?

To apply, please follow these steps:

Create a Sciencesconf user account.
Apply through the Application tab.
Submit the following documents through the Submit tab before June 30th, 2025:

Letter of Motivation (max 500 words)
Curriculum Vitae (CV; max. 2 pages)
Reference Letter (max. 1 page)

📢 Notification: The 36 selected applicants will be notified by email on July 15th, 2025 and will need to register before September 20th, 2025.

💰 Registration Fee: €300

Travel Support Grant

✈️ Need financial support? Travel grants may be available. Please indicate if you need travel support in your motivation letter. More details will be provided upon selection.
