Erin Bertrand

Erin Bertrand (she/her) is an Associate Professor and Canada Research Chair in Marine Microbial Proteomics at Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS Canada (K'jipuktuk, Mi'kma'ki).
She holds a PhD from the MIT/WHOI Joint Program in Chemical Oceanography (2012) and a BSc in Chemistry and Environmental Studies from Bates College in Maine, USA (2005).
She did her postdoctoral work at the J. Craig Venter Institute and Scripps Inst. Oceanography in San Diego as a US Office of Polar Programs Postdoctoral Fellow (2012-2015).
